Dank Meditation kann ich meine Hand ruhig halten.
Mein Name ist Fausto Mufale.Ichbin 51 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Italien und bin in der Schweiz geboren am 14. Mai 1974. Ich habe Epilepsie, Multiple Sklerose und eine Sehbehinderung.
Seit 20 Jahren male ich mit einer Sehstärke von ungefähr 8%. Ich sehe noch Umrisse und muss schauen, dass die Hand nicht abrutscht.
Früher habe ich viel Kampfsport gemacht und dadurch das Meditieren kennengelernt. Das hilft mir viel, damit ich die Hand ruhig halten und mich konzentrieren kann.
Alter
Am 12. Juli wurde ich 52 Jahre jung.
Nationalität
Ich wuchs bis zu meinem 12. Lebenjahr in Rom auf. Danach bin ich mit meiner Familie in die Schweiz gezogen.
